When we arrived at Heathrow we were pleasantly surprised, we were through customs within 30 minutes .  The advantage of having  Kyan with us meant that we were able to jump queues .We were taken from the back of a long queue straight to the counter!  We think we should take him on all our trips.  We got our hire car and were off. English drivers drive  much  faster than Aussies. Motorways limit is 70 mph(110KPH) but most people seem to use it as a minimum.

Andrew navigated while Michael drove.  First mistake!! We drove all around England and 4 hours later (should have been 2) arrived at The Old Parlour B&B.  We didn’t get to Stonehenge on the way as planned, but will go on the way back to the airport.  We had a great tour of the countryside and came across a cute old pub with a very friendly publican and a really long stone hedge in Stonehedge Lane.   Damn Tom Tom doesn’t have a spell check, well Andrew was really tired when he typed  Stonehenge into the GPS.
We are off the Wells today, Englands smallest city it has a beautiful cathedral .
